At “GB Deck” carefree summer moments last from dawn till dusk. As you stretch out on your comfortable sun lounger, experienced staff will take care of your every whim, from the casual midday snack to a romantic dinner at the water’s edge.
Tinos is famed for its unique gastronomy and this is fully represented on our restaurant menu. Using local produce such as wild artichokes, sundried tomatoes, capers and “louza”, a traditional Tinian sausage, our team creates colourful salads and simple, traditional dishes with a sprinkle of creativity. On top of this, local wines accompany local cheeses, such as gruyere, “volaki”, “petroma” and “kariki”.
Also, the unique wild artichoke tarts with gruyere or louza and petroma are another must, as is the hotel’s famed Mastic Mousse dessert.
